Technician Apprenticeship Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 37 of the Employment and Training Services Act, the Minister of Education, after consulting the Employment and Training Corporation, has made the following regulations>–

Amends Schedule to the principal Scheme.

1. The title of these regulations is the Technician Apprenticeship Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003 and shall be read and construed as one with the Technician Apprenticeship Scheme, 1990, hereinafter referred to as “the principal Scheme”.
2. In the Schedule to the principal Scheme, there shall be added the following new calling>–
“Computer Hardware Technician”.
