ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS (REGULATION) ACT (CAP. 399)Revocation of the Electronic Communications Networks andServices (General) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 44 of the Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, after consultation with the Minister for Finance, the Economy and Investment and with the Malta Communications Authority, has made the following regulations:
