EXPLOSIVES ORDINANCE (CAP. 33)Control of Fireworks and other Explosives (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

Title.

S.L. 33.03. Amends

regulation 4 to

the principal

regulations.

Amends regulation 21 to the principal regulations.

Amends the First Schedule to the principal regulations.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 22 of the Explosives Ordinance, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations:-

1. The title of these regulations is Control of Fireworks and other Explosives (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Control of Fireworks and other Explosives Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".2. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations shall be amended as follows:

(a) in sub-regulation (3) thereof, the words "which commences in the month of October every year" shall be deleted and immediately after the words "oral test" there shall be inserted the words "or written test, or both,"; and
(b) in sub-regulation (6) thereof, immediately after the words "oral test" there shall be inserted the words "or written test, or both".

3. In regulation 21 of the principal regulations the words

"31st" shall be substituted by the words "30th".

4.
