Committee Regulations, 2002
BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 9 of the Environment Protection Act, and in terms of regulation 1 of the Biosafety Co-ordinating Committee Regulations, 2002, as published by Legal Notice 290 of 2002, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has established the 13th February, 2004 as the date when the said regulations shall come into force.
