EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT ELECTIONS ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. XVI OF 2003)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the European
Parliament Elections Act, 2003, the Prime Minister has established the
1st of January, 2004, as the date on which all the provisions of the said
Act shall come into force.
