FINANCIAL MARKETS ACT, 1990 (CAP. 345)
Appointment of Listing Authority
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Financial
Markets Act, the Minister of Finance has established the 3rd January
2003 as the date when the Malta Financial Services Authority is appointed as the Listing Authority for the purposes of the said Act.
