FINANCIAL MARKETS ACT (CAP. 345)
Notice of coming into force of the
Off-Exchange Trading Regulations, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 3 and 45 of the Financial Markets Act, and as indicated in article 1(2) of the Off- Exchange Trading Regulations, 2004, published by Legal Notice 286 of 2004, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has established the
27th January 2006 as the date when the said Off-Exchange Trading
Regulations, 2004 shall come into force.
