Recognition of Approved Listing Particulars (Repeal) Regulations, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 49 of the Financial Markets Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, acting on the advice of the Malta Financial Services Authority, has made the following regulations>–

Citation.

Repeals L.N. 364 of

2004.

1. The title of these regulations is the Recognition of Approved
Listing Particulars (Repeal) Regulations, 2008.
2. The Recognition of Approved Listing Particulars Regulations,
2004 are hereby repealed.
