FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 35)Fees (Passport and Visas) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees Ordinance, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communication, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations:-

Citation and commencement.

L.N. 118 of 2000

Amends the Schedule to the principal regulations.

2000, herinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 27
March 2009.
2. In the Schedule to the principal regulations immediately after item 12 thereof there shall be added the following new item:
Service Fees

“13. For the issue of an “Alien Travel
Document” or an “Alien’s Passport”,
valid for one year………….……… 37”.
