Citation.
Fees payable.
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees Ordinance, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs, with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following regulations:-
1. The title of these regulations is Fees for Maps (Department for Local Government) Regulations, 2007.2. There shall be charged by the Department for Local Government in respect of each map of AO or A1 size issued by the said Department a fee as follows:-(a) for each map supplied to a Local
Council after the completion of the
relative inventory No Charge
(b) for each extra map requested by the
Local Council Lm 17
(c) for each map requested by Government
Departments or Government entities Lm 43
(d) for each map requested by a private entity Lm 86.
