FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 35)Fees leviable by Government Departments(Amendment) Regulations, 2011

Citation. S.L. 35.01.

Amends the Schedule to the principal regulations.

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 2(1) and (3) of the Fees Ordinance, the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance has made the following regulations:-

"Conduct certificates L.N. 21 of 1961

For any condu ct certificate issued under the provision of the Condu ct Certi fi cates Ordi nanc e

(Chapter 77) ........................................................... 0.58"

there shall be substituted the following:

"Conduct certificates L.N. 21 of 1961

Cert ificates issued un der th e pro v isi ons of t h e

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Cap. 77)

For the issue of a certificate of conduct .................. 2.50 for the issue of a declaration of conduct .................. 2.50

convictions ............................................................ 5.00".
