IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees Ordinance, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations -

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd November, 2009.

(1) in item 7 thereof sub-item (a)(iii) shall be deleted; (2) in item 10 thereof sub-item (c) shall be deleted;

(3) item 12 thereof shall be deleted and items 13 to 16 shall be renumbered as items 12 to 15 thereof;

(4) item 17 thereof shall be deleted and item 18 thereof shall be renumbered as item 16 thereof;

( 5 ) I n i t e m 1 6 t h e r e o f a s r e n u m b e r e d s h a l l b e substituted with the following:
