FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 35)

Citation.

L.N. 120 of 1995

. Amends the

Schedule to

the principal regulations.

Gozo Sports Complex (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees Ordinance, the Minister for Gozo, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations:-

1. T h e t i t l e o f t h e s e r e g u l a t i o n s i s t h e G o z o S p o r t s Complex (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Gozo Sports Complex (Fees) Regulations, 1995, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.2. The Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended as follows:

(a) for the item –

USER/PURPOSE

FACILITIES

FEES

“Annual Membership for residents of Malta and Gozo

All facilities

!10 per person

!15 per family”

there shall be substituted the following two items:

“Membership fee

Gym and Weight Lifting

Facility

!12 for one month membership

!33 for three months membership

!60 for six months membership

!100 for one year membership

Annual Membership for residents of Malta and Gozo

All facilities not including

Gym and Weight Lifting

!10 per person

!15 per family”; and

(b) for the item –

there shall be substituted the following item:
