FINANCIAL YEAR [CAP. 282. 1

CHAPTER 282

FINANCIAL YEAR ACT

To prescribe the period of the financial year.

Enacted by ACT XXIX of 1979.

(2nd November, 1979)*

l. This Act may be cited as the Financial Year Act.

2. For the purposes of the Constitution, and as provided by ar ti cl e 124 thereof, it is he re by pr escr ibed that the 31st day of Dec e mbe r shall be the date on which every financia l ye ar, subsequent to that ending on the 31st March, 1979, shall end.

Short title.

End of financial year.
