Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 1 of the Housing Authority (Amendment) Act, 2007, the Minister for the Family and Social Solidarity has established the 15th January 2008, as the date when all the provisions of this Act shall come into force.
