IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:–

Assets) (No. 1) Order, 2003.

(1) A block consisting of 24 maisonettes and 52 garages and common area at Site F, Pembroke, which block is shown edged red on P.D. 148_99_4, as follows:
The said 24 maisonettes are numbered 1 to 24 as appearing on the said Plan in such manner that -
(a) maisonettes having number 1 and 15 to 24 are all accessible from a separated entrance and bearing numbers 1 and 15 to 24, from Triq in Normandija;
(b) maisonettes having number 3 to 13 are all accessible from a separated entrance and bearing numbers 3 to 13, from a public open space;
(c) maisonette having number 2 is accessible from a separated entrance and bearing number 2, from a public open space; and
(d) maisonette having number 14 is accessible from a separated entrance and bearing number 14, from a public open space.
The said 52 garages are numbered 1 to 52 in such manner that -
(a) garages having number 1 to 51 underlying the said maisonettes as appearing on the said Plan are all accessible from a common entrance having a separated entrance and bearing numbers 1 to 51; and
(b) a garage at ground floor level is accessible from a separated entrance and bearing number 52.
The said block of garages, maisonettes and substation formerly formed part of Government property, ex-Services property No.
16488. (HAM 5/98 Vol. II).
(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,359 square metres forming part of Ta’ L-Istabar Government Housing Estate, limits of Qormi, bounded on the North by Triq Dun Gino Mangion, and on the South and South-West by Triq il-{amsa u G[oxrin ta’ Mejju 1743, and which is edged red in plan no.
152_83_15. (L 180/79/II; HAM 88/80).
