HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)
Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) ( No. 2) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-
1. The title of this order in the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assests) ( No. 2) Order, 2003.
2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the 15th April, 2003.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>
(1) A block consisting of 12 maisonettes, 16 garages, a substation and a common area at Site F, Pembroke, as follows:
(a) the said 12 maisonettes are all accessible externally from a separate entrance numbered 25 to 36 in a public open space;
(b) the said 16 garages underlying the above-mentioned maisonettes are all accessible from a ramp leading to a common area each having a separate entrance numbered separately 1 to 16;
(c) the substation is accessible from a separate entrance. The said whole block is bounded on the North-East, South-
East and North-West by government property, and is built on land
which is Government property formerly forming part of ex- Services property No. 16488, as shown edged red on plan P.D.

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,177.4 square metres forming part of Santa Lucia, Phase IV, Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Lucia, bounded on the South by Triq il-Klemantis, on the East by Triq Katerina Vitale and on the
West by Triq l-Istefanotis, and which forms part of Government land in virtue of Deed No. 89/2001 dated 2nd May, 2001 in the records of Notary Vincent Miceli, as indicated edged in red on plan P.D. 11_82_93. (HAM 178/82).
(3) A block consisting of 18 maisonettes and 20 garages at Triq Ta’ Kassja corner with Triq in-Nigret, at Ta’ Kassja Housing Estate, Qala, Gozo, as follows:
(a) the said 18 maisonettes No. 1 to No. 18 are all accessible from a separated entrance numbered 1 to 18 in Triq S. Attard and Triq in-Nigret<
(b) the said 20 garages No. 1 to No. 20 also have a separated entrance numbered 1 to 20 in Triq Ta’ Kassja.
The said whole block is bounded on the North-West by Triq Ta’ Kassja, on the South by Triq S. Attard and on the East by Triq in-Nigret, and formerly formed part of Government Property formerly Gozo Tenement 124, as shown edged red on P.D. 88_2002. (HAM 10/97).
(4) Three plots of land forming part of the Bir]ebbu;a Housing Estate, at Bir]ebbu;a, marked A, B and C as indicated edged in red and respectively marked on P.D. 292_90_1 as follows:
(a) a plot of land shown marked A having an area of approximately 1,922.1 square metres, bounded on the South by Triq il-{aruf, on the East by Triq San :wann, and on the North by Triq l-Arzella, which land formed part of Government land, formerly Rural Tenement 50794 and part of Government land acquired in virtue of ?edola 281 dated
30th March, 2001, ?edola 900 dated 31st August, 2001 and
?edola 61 dated 17th January, 2003<
(b) a plot of land shown marked B having an area of approximately 3,056.13 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq il-{aruf, on the South by Triq il-Gurgier, and on the West by Triq il-Port {ieles, which land formed part of Government land acquired in virtue of ?edola 281 dated 30th March, 2001, ?edola 900 dated 31st August, 2001 and ?edola
61 dated 17th January, 2003< and
(c) a plot of land shown marked C having an area of approximately 617.5 square metres, bounded on the North by Government Property, on the West by Triq San :wann, and on the East by private property, which land formed part

of Government land acquired in virtue of ?edola 281 dated
30th March, 2001, ?edola 900 dated 31st August, 2001 and

(5) A plot of land having an area of approximately 199.7 square metres, known as Plot No. 25, forming part of the Ta’ Pennellu Government Housing Estate, in Triq il-Mit[na l-:dida, limits of Mellie[a, and bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Mit[na l-:dida, on the South-East by property of Carmel Attard, and on the North-West by property of Charles Abela, on which are built premises bearing number 25, Triq il-Mit[na l-:dida, Mellie[a and which are edged red and marked P. 25 on L.D. 383/91/6. (HAP 7/
2002).
(6) A plot of land having an area of approximately 122.6 square metres, known as Plot No. 1, forming part of the Triq il-31 ta’ Marzu Government Housing Estate, limits of G[arg[ur, bounded on the North by Triq il-31 ta’ Marzu, on the East by property of Aldo Attard, and on the West by property of Piju Fenech, on which are built premises bearing number 1, Triq il-31 ta’ Marzu, G[arg[ur and which are edged red and marked P. 1 on L.D. 155/84/5.
