HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)
Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 2 ) Order, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-
1. The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assets) (No. 2) Order, 2008.
2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the 22nd January, 2008.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>
(1) A plot of land known as Plot No. 2 in Triq il-Fossa tal- Qam[, }ejtun, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, granted on emphyteusis to Mr. Andrew Caruana as per contracts dated 4th May, 1973 in the acts of Notary Dr. A. Grech and of the 18th September, 1991 in the acts of Notary Dr. V. Miceli, bearing Tenement No. 66028 and which is edged in red and marked “P.2” on L.D.7#80#82. (HAP
16#2007).
(2) A plot of land known as Plot 53 in Triq il-Mit[na, Lands Tal-:gantija, Xag[ra, Gozo, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, granted on perpetual emphyteusis to Mr. Michael Portelli as per contract dated 23rd January 1992 in the acts of Notary Dr. V. Miceli, bearing Tenement No. Z41427 and which is edged in red and marked “P
53” on L.D.357#90#2. (HAP 13#2007)
(3) Flat number 1, Block A, Tar-Rabbat Housing Estate,
{amrun, (Tenement No. 67221 – RTB 176#2003).
