HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 2) Order, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

(1) A plot of land known as number 5, (Plot 90), Triq it-Tulipan, Santa Lucia, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Governent, or more correct boundaries, granted on perpetual emphyteusis to Mr. Paul Meli as per contract dated 27 th September, 1979, bearing Tenement No. 40948 on which are built premises number 5, (Plot 90), Triq it-Tulipan, Santa Lucia, which is edged in red and marked (P. 90) No. 5 on L.D. 11/82/71 (HAP 8/2008).
(2) A plot of land containing Blocks A to G at is- Sgħajtar, Naxxar, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government or more correct boundaries. These blocks consist of 42 apartments, 49 garages and 1 substation, bearing Tenement E20537, which is edged in red on P.D. 2008_232 (HAM 37/98 Vol 4).
(3) Flat number 13, Block 14, Door B, Triq R. Caruana
Dingli, San Ġwann (Tenement No. 71420 – RTB 81/2002).
