HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)
Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) ( No. 4) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-
1. The title of this order in the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assests) ( No. 4) Order, 2003.
2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the 12th August, 2003.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>
(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 161 square metres, known as Plot 111 in Triq il-Lellux, forming part of the Santa Lucia Government Housing Estate, bounded on the North-West by property of Adriane Bonello, on the South-West by Triq il-Lellux and on the South-East by Government property, indicated edged red and marked Plot 111 (161 sq.m.) on P.D.
