HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)

Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) ( No. 5) Order, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-

1. The title of this order in the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assests) ( No. 5) Order, 2003.

2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the 5th November, 2003.

4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>

(1) House numbered 156, Manoel De Vilhena Street, G]ira
(Tenement No. 63350 - 6HA 12#2002).
(2) Maisonette number 73, Triq Tal-Bor;, Paola (Tenement No.
61707 - RTB 71#2002).
(3) Flat number 7, Block 3, Vjal De La Cruz, Government
Housing Estate, Qormi (Tenement No. 64186 - RTB 17#2002).
(4) Flat number 3, Door A, Block 4, Vjal in-Naspli, Government
Housing Estate, San :wann (Tenement No. 65107 - HA 109#99).
(5) Flat number 4, Door B, Block 4, Vjal in-Naspli, Government
Housing Estate, San :wann (Tenement No. 65116 - HA 121#99).
(6) Flat number 5, Door A, Block 12, Triq il-Peprin, Government Housing Estate, San :wann (Tenement No. 69942 - RTB
