HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)
Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-
1. The title of this order in the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assests) Order, 2004.
2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the 28th January, 2004.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>
(1) Flat number 7, Block C, Government Housing Estate, Bir]ebbu;a (Tenement No. 72050 - RTB 35#2002).
(2) Flat number 2, Block B2, Binja F. Sciberras, Filippo Sciberras Square, Government Housing Estate, Floriana (Tenement No. 77577 - RTB 245#2002).
(3) Flat number 6, Block 2, Binja Tal-{amrija, Flats
Indipendenza, Government Housing Estate, Naxxar (Tenement No.
76341 - RTB 253#2002).
(4) Flat number 5, Block G, G[ajn Kajjet, Government
Housing Estate, Rabat, Malta (Tenement No. 67815 - RTB
34#2002).
(5) Flat number 5, Block 3, Door B, Triq Ramija, Government Housing Estate, Si;;iewi (Tenement No. 68737 -
6HA 132#2000).
(6) House numbered 19, Triq il-Margeriti, Santa Lucia
(Tenement No. 66944 - RTB 95#2002).
