HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)
Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-
1. The title of this order in the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assets) Order, 2005.
2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the 15th December, 2005.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>
