IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 2nd December, 2008.

(1) Block 7 comprising twenty six apartments and twelve garages at Tal-Fuklar, Attard, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, bearing Tenement No. E20504 and which is edged in red and marked “BLK. 7” on L.D. 86/85/4. (HAM 49/90 vol 2).
(2) A plot of land numbered Block 7 comprising ten apartments at Tas-Sgħajtar, Naxxar, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, bearing Tenement No. E20507 and which is edged in red and marked “Block 7” on P.D.2008_367.(HAM3/94 vol ii).
(3) A plot of land numbered Blocks H and I comprising fourteen apartments, nineteen garages and one shop at Triq is- Sogħda, Tas- Sgħajtar, Naxxar, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, bearing Tenement No. E20509 and which is edged in red and marked “Blocks H & I” on P.D.2008_375. (HAM 120/2000 vol 3).

(4) A plot of land numbered Plot 24, Triq il-Gladjoli, San Ġwann, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, granted on temporary emphyteusis to Mr. Charles Bason as per contract dated 14th February, 1970 in the acts of Notary Dr. A. Grech, bearing Tenement No. 65471 on which are built premises bearing number 4, known as “St. Rita”, Triq il-Gladjoli, San Ġwann, and which is edged in red and marked P. 24 on L.D. 128/80/24. (HAP 3/2008).
(5) A plot of land numbered as Plot 77 at Napuljun Caruana Dingli Street, in Mellieħa, which land is intended for the construction of two maisonettes and three basement garages. The property is fully Government owned and bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, bearing Tenement No. 65825 and which is edged in red on P.D.383_91_11. (HAM 10/2005).
(6) A plot of land numbered Plot 8, Triq il-Fossa tal- Qamħ, Żejtun, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government or more correct boundaries, granted on temporary emphyteusis to Mr. Emanuel Seychell and to Ms. Mary Doris Seychell nee` Caruana as per contract dated 25th September,
1973 in the acts of Notary Alexander Grech, registered as Tenement 66034 and which is edged in red and marked P. 8 on L.D. 7/80/82. (HAP 5/2008).
(7) A plot of land numbered Plot 52, Triq is-Summien, Kerċem, Gozo, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government or more correct boundaries, granted on perpetual emphyteusis to Mr. Carmel Paul Vella as per contract dated 17th June, 1997 in the acts of Notary Dr. Enzo Dimech registered as Tenement Z41186 and which is edged in red and marked P. 52 on L.D. 28/98/2. (HAP 7/2008).
(8) Flat number 11, Block G, Triq Jean Houel, St. Julians (Tenement No. 68751 – RTB 119/2004).
(9) Flat number 2, Block 1, Tar-Rabbat Housing Estate, Ħamrun (Tenement No. 69667 – HA 67/99).
(10) Flat 2, at number 86, Triq San Franġisk, Floriana
(Tenement No. 63743 – RTB 21/2007).
