HOSPITAL FOR MENTAL DISEASES (CHANGE OF DESIGNATION) ACT

To change the designation of the Hospital for Mental Diseases.

(2nd February, 1968)*

Enacted by ACT III of 1968.

1. This Act may be cited as the Hospital for Mental Diseases

(Change of Designation) Act.

2. The Hospital for Mental Diseases shall henceforth be designated Mount Carmel Hospital.

3. Any reference in any law, judicial act, deed or in any document whatsoever to the Hospital for Mental Diseases shall be read and construed as a reference to the Mount Carmel Hospital.
