BY virtue of article 5 of the International Carriage of Goods by Road Act, the Minister for Urban Development and Roads has established the 20th March, 2008 as the date when the provisions of the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR Convention) shall enter into force in Malta.
