IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has made the following order:-

(2) The provisions of this Order shall be deemed to have come into force on 16th December, 2009.

Addition. 2. The plans attached to this Order which refer to immovable properties in Pender Place and Mercury House Site, Extensions I, II, III, IV and V, St. Julians consisting of immovable properties situated in the areas bordered in red in the Land Registry Plans shall be added to the plans annexed to Pender Place and Mercury House Site, Extensions I, II, III, IV and V, St. Julian’s (Designated Special Areas) Order, 2009.
