INVESTMENT SERVICES ACT (CAP. 370)
Investment Services Act (Licence and Other Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Investment Services Act, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, acting on the advice of the Malta Financial Services Authority, has made the following regulations>–
1. (1) The title of these is the Investment Services Act (Licence and Other Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with the Investment Services Act (Licence and Other Fees) Regulations, 1995, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st
January, 2004.
2. The Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended as follows>–
(a) for paragraph (a) thereof, there shall be substituted the following>

Citation and date of commencement.

LN. 7 of 1995.

Amends the Schedule to the principal regulations.

(b) in paragraph (e) thereof, for the following figures>

there shall be substituted the following>

“1000 200”.

(c) in paragraph (f) thereof, for the following figures>
