Commencement notice
BY virtue of the powers given by sub-article (2) of article 1 of the Judicial Actions (Various Measures) Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the
16th January, 2006 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act
shall come into force.
