LAWS (ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION MATTERS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010(ACT IX OF 2010) Correction of Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Laws
(Arbitration and Mediation Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2010, the Minister responsible for Justice has made the following correction to Legal Notice 10 of 2011:

1. The words "18(a) u (d)" in Maltese version of the above- mentioned Legal Notice shall be cancelled and there shall be substituted therefor the words "18() u (d)".2. The Minister responsible for Justice has established the

14th January, 2011, as the date on which the correction made and published in this Legal Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
