LOTTERIES AND OTHER GAMES ACT (CAP. 438)National Lottery Gaming Devices (Amendment) Regulations, 2011
Citation and commencement.

Amends regulation 2 of the principal regulations.
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 78 of the Lotteries and other Games Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, after consultation with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, has made the following regulations:-
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the National Lottery Gaming Devices (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the National Lottery Gaming Devices Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15th day of
March, 2011.
" "licensable activity" means any of the activities of manufacturing, assembling, repairing, servicing, placing on the market, distributing, supplying, selling, leasing, transferring, making available for use, hosting or operating a relevant gaming device, or any part or parts thereof;".
