Delegation of Function to Local Councils
(Road Construction), Order 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 33(1) (m) of the Local Councils Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs in concurrence with the Malta Transport Authority, has made the following order>–

Title.

Delegation to take effect.

1. The title of this order is the Delegation of Function to Local
Councils (Road Construction), Order, 2003.
2. The delegation by the Malta Transport Authority to complete the agreed works on the roads listed in an Agreement entered into between each Local Council and the said Authority shall take effect in relation to each Council in terms of the Agreement referred to in the published deed as from the effective date of delegation shown against the relative Local Council in the Schedule to this order.
