LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)Elections of Administrative Committees for Communities(List of Expenses) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 47A(5) of the Local Councils Act, the Prime Minister has made the following regulations:-

Amends regulation
2 of the principal regulations.
1 . T h e t i t l e o f t h e s e r e g u l a t i o n s i s t h e E l e c t i o n s o f Administrative Committees for Communities (List of Expenses) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Elections of Administrative Committees for Communities (List of Expenses) Regulations, 2010, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.2.
