Local Councils Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 72(2) of the Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–

Citation.

Amends the Fourth Schedule to the Local Councils Act.

1. The title of these regulations is the Local Councils Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2008 and shall be read and construed as one with the Fourth Schedule to the Local Councils Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Fourth Schedule”.
2. In the Fourth Schedule under the title “Industrial Area”>–
(a) the words “Ricasoli Industrial Estate” and the corresponding words “Limits of Kalkara” shall be deleted< and
(b) immediately after the words “Marsa Industrial Estate” and the corresponding words “Limits of Marsa” there shall be inserted the following>–
“SmartCity Limits of Kalkara”.
