LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)
Local Councils Elections Order, 2004
THE Prime Minister is by this order issued by virtue of article
8(5)(6) of the Local Councils Act, establishing the 12th June, 2004 as the date when the Local Councils Elections which were due to be held in March 2004 shall now be held.
