Citation and commencement.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (w) of sub- article (1) of article 33 of the Local Councils Act, the Prime Minister has made the following order:-

(Delegation of Function) (Police Licences) (Amendment) Order,
2011, and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of Function) (Police Licences) Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".

Amends article

3 of the

2011.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 15th day of March

words "and the renewal of an authority under the Use of Amusement
Machines (Restriction) Regulations" shall be deleted.
