LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)
Local Councils (Delegation of Street Lighting Installations) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 33(1) and by article
72 of the Local Councils Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the
Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

Title.

L.N. 114 of 2002

Amends the Second Schedule to the principal order.

1. The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of Street Lighting Installations) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of Street Lighting Installations) Order, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.
2. In the Second Schedule to the principal order for the words “Attard” to “Xg[ajra” under the heading “Local Council”, and for the words “To be established” under the heading “Effective date of delegation” there shall be substituted the following>–
Local Council Effective date of delegation
