LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ORDINANCE (CAP. 65)Controlled Parking Schemes (Residents and Commercial) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(d) and

72 of the Local Councils Act and by artikolu 54 of the Traffic Regulations Ordinance, the Prime Minister and the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, after consultation with the Authority for Transport in Malta, have made the following regulations:-

1. T h e t i t l e o f t h e s e r e g u l a t i o n s i s t h e C o n t r o l l e d Parking Schemes (Residents and Commercial) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Controlled Parking Schemes (Residents and Commercial) Regulations, 2001 hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.2. In the First Schedule to the principal regulations, immediately after the Locality “Naxxar” there shall be added the following Locality and corresponding data:
