LIGHTING CONTR O L [CAP. 95. 1
LIGHTING CONTROL ORDINANCE
To provide for the total or partial cessation of lighting in Malta by regulation on occasions of emergency or public danger or by way of experiment or practice for such occasions.

ORDINANCE VIII of 1938, as amended by Ordinance XXV of 1962; Legal Notice 4 of I963; Act XIII of 1983; and Legal Notice 408 of 2007.
Ordinance.
4. Any person who refuses or fails to comply with any such express comm and shall be liable, o n con v ict i on, to a fine (ammenda) not exceeding one hundred and sixteen euro and forty- seven cents (116.47).
Short title.
Power to make regulations. Amended by: XXV.1962.4; L.N. 4 of 1963.
Exoneration from liability of persons complying with regulations.
Penalty. Amended by: XIII. 1983.5;
