Licensed Nominees (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (c) of subarticle (10) of article 51A of the Malta Financial Services Authority Act, as retained in force by subarticle (4) of article 107 of the Special Funds (Regulation) Act 2002 (Act No. XVII of 2002), the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, on the advice of the Malta Financial Services Authority, has made the following regulations>-

Amendment of regulation 3 of the principal regulations.

1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Licensed Nominees (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and shall be read and construed as one with the Licensed Nominees (Fees) Regulations, 1994 hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st
January, 2004.
2. In regulation 3 of the principal regulations, for the figures “Lm500” wherever they occur, there shall be substituted the figures “Lm750”.
