MALTA MARITIME AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 352)
Port Rates (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the Malta Maritime Authority Act, the Minister for Transport and Communications, in consultation with the Malta Maritime Authority and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations>–

Citation and

Commencement.

Amends the

Seventh Schedule to the principal regulations.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Port Rates (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Port Rates Regulations, 1969, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. For the figures shown under Columns 2 and 3 in the Table in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the figures “Lm1.68,6” and “Lm1.53,6” respectively.
