Commencement Notice of the Electricity Regulations, 2003
BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 28 of the Malta Resources Authority Act, 2000 and in terms of regulation 1 (2) of the Electricity Regulations, 2003, the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure has established the 1st of May, 2004 as the date when the said regulations published by Legal Notice No. 164 of 2003 shall come into force.
