Commencement notice of the Quality of Fuels Regulations, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (1) of article 28 of the Malta Resources Authority Act and by sub-article (1) of article
28 of the Malta Maritime Authority Act and by sub-article (1) of article
374 of the Merchant Shipping Act, and in terms of sub-regulation (3) of regulation 1 of the Quality of Fuels Regulations of 2008, the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure and the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications, have established the 1st February, 2008 as the date when all the provisions of the said regulations, published by Legal Notice 44 of 2008 on the 1st February, 2008, other than regulations 4, 5,
6 and 7 thereof, shall have come into force.
