Commencement of the Mutual Recognition of Professional
Education and Training Regulations, 2002
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 8 of the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Act, 2002, and in terms of subregulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Mutual Recognition of Professional Education and Training Regulations, 2002 published by Legal Notice 271 of 2002, the Minister of Education has established the 1st May, 2004 as the date when all the provisions of the said Mutual Recognition of Professional Education and Training Regulations, 2002, shall come into force.
