MALTA TRAVEL AND TOURISM SERVICES ACT (CAP. 409)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Malta Travel and Tourism Services Act, the Minister for Tourism has established the 14th March, 2003 as the date when the provisions of paragraph (f) of subarticle (1) of article 43, as relating only to the provisions of subarticle (1) of article 31 of the said Act, shall come into force.
