to the principal regulations.

MALTA TRAVEL AND TOURISM SERVICES ACT (CAP. 409)
Fees (Tourism) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 47 and 7(3) of the Malta Travel and Tourism Services Act, hereunder referred to as “the Act”, the Minister for Tourism, on the recommendation of the Malta Tourism Authority, has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Fees (Tourism) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Fees (Tourism) Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. In the fifth bullet of paragraph S in the First Column of the
Second Schedule to the principal regulations, for the words>
“Licensee of Language School
– First four years of operation
– Second four years of operation
– Thereafter”,
there shall be substituted the words> “Licensee of a Language School
– Up to 300 students during the preceding year
– Between 301 students and 1000 students during the preceding year
– In excess of 1000 students during the preceding year”.
