MOTOR VEHICLES INSURANCE
(THIRD-PARTY RISKS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2002 (ACT NO. XXX OF 2002)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third-Party Risks) (Amendment) Act, 2002, the Minister
for Transport and Communications, has established the following dates as the dates when the provisions of the said Act shall come
into force>–
(a) articles 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 (insofar as this article refers to new articles 9C and 9D of the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third
Party Risks) Ordinance), and 11, 12, 15 and 16 on 1st March
2004<
