Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Authority Act , the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has established the 4th July,
2003, as the date when the Control of Major Accident Hazards
Regulations, 2003, published by Legal Notice 37 of 2003, shall come into force.
