OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT
(CAP. 424)
Factories (Night Work by Women) (Repeal) Regulations, 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Authority Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy, in consultation with the Occupational Health and Safety Authority, has made the following regulations>–

Citation.

Repeals G.N. 114 of 1952.

1. The title of these regulations is the Factories (Night Work by
Women) (Repeal) Regulations, 2003.
2. The Factories (Night Work by Women) Regulations, 1952 are hereby repealed.
