PERITI ACT (CAP. 390)Mutual Recognition of Qualifications of Periti(Amendment) Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 20 of the Periti Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs has made the following regulations:

Scope.

Amends the Second

Schedule

to the principal regulations.

1. The title of these regulations is the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications of Perit (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications of Periti Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.2. The scope of these regulations is to insert additional titles, notified to the European Commission by the Czech Republic, Italy and Slovenia under Annex V, point 5.7.1, of Directive 2005/36/EC.3. In the Second Schedule to the principal regulations, immediately at the end of the Countries the Czech Republic, Italy and Slovenia, there shall be respectively added the following items:VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA
